ORDERS

If you have selected the “Pick-up at CUU branch” option, your order will be available for collection in less than 24 hours, considering the customer service hours at the branch. GOLDBERRY JOYAS reserves the right to dispose of the merchandise without any notification if the order is not collected in a period of less than 60 days, assuming that the delivery will no longer be available.

SHIPPING

Shipping Information

GOLDBERRY JOYAS orders are sent from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, through our special courier services. Shipping costs depend on the chosen speed.

Shipping Times:

STANDARD SHIPPING: 3 to 5 business days.

* Shipping times are approximate and, as such, are based on deadlines per order. GOLDBERRY JOYAS is not responsible for delays beyond the control of the company or problems in payment transactions.

Taxes and Fees

All our prices include VAT (value added tax).

TRACKING THE ORDER

After confirming your order, our staff will contact you by message or call.

If there is a problem processing your order, you will be notified with details of what happened and possibly requesting more information.

All items are shipped directly from our distribution center in Chihuahua, Chihuahua.

GOLDBERRY JOYAS provides you with your tracking number and you can track your package directly through the courier company chosen for your order. The messaging services will be handled by any of the following companies:

Please, bear in mind that you will have 30 days from the shipment of your order to contact us in case you want to validate your guarantee. If you contact us after this period, we cannot guarantee the exchange of your part.

You can cancel your order, for any reason, until the moment it is processed. Once this step has been completed, you will not be able to cancel it.
