WARRANTY AND DEFECTS POLICY
All GOLDBERRY JOYAS products have a 30-day guarantee from the date of receipt of the Order Confirmation in the following aspects:
- Factory defects.
Each piece will be evaluated by our quality team and will verify if it is indeed subject to our guarantee against manufacturing defects.
I WANT TO VALIDATE MY GUARANTEE, WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?
To make the guarantee valid, you will have to follow the following steps:
In GOLDBERRY JOYAS store.
Visit our branch in Chihuahua and the store staff will assess your situation and give you an estimated delivery time in case it can be repaired. They will contact you once the piece is ready.
Returns via courier / courier.
You can do it while it is within the period of 30 calendar days after the date of the Order Confirmation. It will be necessary for you to contact us in order to evaluate your situation and if approved you must send your piece to our branch in Chihuahua and cover all the necessary shipping costs.
