Yes, if you selected the branch pickup option and placed your order within customer service hours, otherwise it will not be possible.

Returns via parcel.
You can do it while it is within the period of 30 calendar days after the date of the Order Confirmation. It will be necessary for you to contact us in order to assess your situation and if approved you must send your piece to our branch in Chihuahua and cover all the necessary shipping costs.
